“Players used” counts golfers with at least one numeric round. Low, average, and high caps include every listed golfer with a cap.

Handicap watch
Compare calculated net scores with nine-hole par 36. Repeatedly finishing under net par suggests a cap may be too high; repeatedly finishing over par suggests it may be too low.
Net score equals gross minus the player’s current cap. Exactly 36 is even par; under-par frequency counts rounds below 36. Missing scores and caps are excluded, and team values combine recorded player rounds.
